How to submit a post in the discussion circle

Keep in mind that the IHC Community Space is only for social interaction. You are not allowed to post health questions, health-related issues, or discussions that pertain to the active month's topic unless your posting on the Challenge.

To post on the public discussion space, go to the IHC Discussion Circle located at the bottom of the left sidebar (if you're viewing it on a desktop/laptop). If you're viewing using your mobile device or app, you'll find Circles at the bottom tabs. 

Click the active Circle i.e. 2023 > The IHC Discussion Circle.

You'll find the community feed. At the top, you can share a post. Click the Media icon to upload a photo/video.
