Manage Your Account in Kajabi

To manage your account, you can log in with your email address and password on the member dashboard . If you have forgotten your password, use the reset link at the bottom of the log-in form. 

Once logged in to the Dashboard , you can find the courses you purchased. 

Click Access to open a program. 

On the top right corner of the page, you'll find your Account link. Click your Account link to go to your Account settings.

On the top right corner of Settings, you will find the link to the Billing Info.

If you paid with a credit/debit card, you can update your card here. You can also add a card to add an additional payment method.

If you have an Active Subscription, it will show at the bottom of your billing info page. If you have 2-3 types of cards saved in your account, you can Update the payment method to assign what type of card you would like to use for your active subscription.

If you paid with PayPal, you cannot update your card on your profile settings. You have to log in to your PayPal account and follow this instruction to update the card on file in your PayPal.
