I'm not receiving email from the portal
A common reason for not receiving emails from the membership portal is that you may have unsubscribed to the emails on the platform. To resume your email deliveries, please click your Avatar on the top right, then click on Settings from the drop-down menu.
Click on Notifications & Privacy, then make sure all boxes are checked. If they are already checked, "uncheck" and recheck them again, then SAVE your settings. Usually, a reset is all it needs.
If you are still not receiving after performing the step above, go to this form https://courses.muneezaahmed.com/opt-in and enter your name and the email address you are using under the membership account. Make sure the email you enter matches your membership email.
Your resubscription is successful once you receive the confirmation email after you subscribed. It can take up to 5-10 mins to arrive in your inbox. Please check your spam or junk folder if you didn't find it on your Inbox folder and marked it as "not spam".
If you have commented on a Forum and wants to get informed when your comment gets a reply, make sure you tag the person you are replying to and "star" or follow the comment.
