Can I request a receipt for my transaction?

Your receipt is usually delivered via email as soon as you purchased from Healthy Moon LLC. 

If you paid through PayPal, you can go to your PayPal account by logging in at https://www.paypal.com.

After you login, click the link Activity on top of your PayPal dashboard. Then click All Transactions.

Look for the Transaction you had with Healthy Moon. Once you find the transaction, click it and Print the invoice/receipt for that transaction.

If you purchased through credit/debit card. Our system uses Stripe to process transactions securely via debit/credit card. An email with attached receipt is usually sent automatically after purchase. Please locate your invoice based on the date of your purchase before requesting us to send you a copy.

If you cannot find it in your email or you accidentally deleted it in your inbox, you can request us to resend it to you. This only applies to those who paid via debit/credit card. Email billing@muneezaahmed.com to request a copy of your previous receipt.
