How to reset my password in Kajabi

To reset your password in Muneeza's course platform, go to https://courses.muneezaahmed.com/password/new and enter the email address that's registered on the platform. Make sure you enter the email address that you've used to register for any of the courses. If you've used two or three email addresses, you'll have to reset the password for each email address. 

After you enter your email address in the box, click SEND RECOVERY INFO. Please wait a few minutes before you check for the reset instructions. Check also your spam or junk folder as sometimes, it can end up in your junk folder, depending on your email server. 

The reset password link you'll receive will expire after 6 hours.

If you continue to have trouble logging into your account after attempting the previous steps you may be experiencing a browser or caching issue.

Have you attempted to login with a different browser? If not, try accessing your Kajabi account with a different web browser (e.g., Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.).

If you are unable to log into your portal account through a different web browser, consider clearing your browser cache.
